Our honey is harvested from Flow Hives in Burien, WA, which gently releases honey without disturbing or harming the bees. This keeps our colonies calm, happy, and strong all year. We always leave plenty of honey for winter and only harvest in small batches when the bees have truly made extra.
Each jar tastes slightly different — it reflects the season, the blooms, and whatever the bees found most delicious.
